Recover the Recovery Partition?

Hey All

First time poster here. I've backed myself into a corner and am unsure of how to get out.

I own a Samsung R580-JSB1US, and it has been great so far. A couple months ago, I wanted to try out a dual boot of Ubuntu and Win 7. Unfortunately, Ubuntu wouldn't install as there were already 4 partitions on the drive (Recovery, boot, system (C), and a data drive (D)) So I backed up the recovery partition and deleted it. Big mistake.

Here comes my question: is there any way to restore that recovery partition and make it bootable by using the F4 key at startup? I recreated the partition and copied all the data over, but no luck in booting to it. Please help!
